1. Service Overview

General nature of the service

HLWL Merchant provides a structured service model designed to help merchants launch and organize their online store presence. The service may include website setup, onboarding support, product upload assistance based on the selected plan, payment setup guidance, and growth-related support in advanced service tiers.

HLWL Merchant acts as a support and enablement provider. The merchant remains responsible for its own business activity, products, branding, and commercial operation.

2. Merchant Responsibilities

What the merchant remains responsible for

The merchant is responsible for the accuracy of business information, product information, pricing, images, descriptions, policies, and all commercial content submitted during onboarding and setup.

The merchant is also responsible for ensuring that its business activity, products, services, and claims comply with applicable legal, commercial, and payment provider requirements.

3. Plan Scope

Service is delivered according to the selected plan

Services are delivered according to the applicable plan selected by the merchant. Each plan may define different limits, product ranges, support levels, and service features.

The free Launch Plan includes a limited starter setup. The Business Plan expands setup support and product quantity. The advanced Growth & Marketing Plan may include additional commercial, marketing, SEO, and growth-oriented support depending on scope.

4. Product and Content

Merchant-provided materials and content accuracy

Product uploads, product counts, descriptions, and related content are handled based on the plan scope and the materials provided by the merchant. HLWL Merchant may assist in organizing content, but the merchant remains responsible for the final commercial accuracy of all product-related data.

Any delays caused by incomplete, incorrect, or missing merchant materials may impact delivery timing or setup progress.

5. Payment Setup

Payment connection and merchant participation

Payment setup is part of the structured onboarding and setup path. HLWL Merchant may assist the merchant in understanding the process and organizing the setup flow.

However, the merchant remains responsible for completing any required onboarding, verification, account setup, approvals, or submissions required by the relevant payment provider.

6. Support

Support structure and service continuity

HLWL Merchant provides support according to the applicable service relationship and selected plan. Support may include general guidance, setup-related clarification, practical assistance, and ongoing communication related to the merchant’s service scope.

Support is intended to help merchants move forward more clearly, but it does not transfer business ownership, regulatory responsibility, or commercial decision-making away from the merchant.

7. Changes and Delays

Scope changes, delays, and additional work

If the merchant requests changes beyond the originally agreed scope, product range, or support model, additional review may be required and plan adjustments may apply.

Delivery timelines may also be affected by delayed communication, incomplete submissions, waiting on third-party approvals, or changes requested after work has already begun.

8. Commercial Understanding

Relationship between the platform support and merchant business

HLWL Merchant provides structured service support for merchants. The merchant continues to operate its own business under its own name, products, commercial presentation, and customer relationship.

In advanced plans, campaign execution or growth support may be provided as part of service scope, but advertising budgets, campaign goals, and commercial outcomes remain influenced by merchant choices, market conditions, and business readiness.

9. General Terms

General interpretation of this page

This Service Agreement page is intended to provide a general and transparent explanation of how the service relationship is structured. It should be read together with the website’s Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any plan-specific commercial confirmations shared directly with the merchant.

HLWL Merchant may update this page from time to time to improve clarity, reflect service evolution, or align the presentation of the service model with operational needs.
